Save Energy Systems was delighted to learn this week that we have been selected to participate in the Village Capital / VentureWell Boston program supporting cleantech ventures.

Village Capital has teamed up with the VentureWell program of the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance to identify top university innovators in IT and cleantech for an intensive peer-based program at Greentown Labs in Boston.

Village Capital operates programs worldwide for entrepreneurs seeking a positive impact on the world beyond just financial returns. To date, they’ve launched 14 programs worldwide, serving more than 250 enterprises; operating programs in the US, the UK, India, China, Kenya and Brazil.

VentureWell is a program of the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance, a U.S. non-profit based in Massachusetts and operating nationally. They provide grant funding and support to innovators. Their ventures have raised over $200 million in capital. Our focus is engineering products and devices that can lead to scalable ventures delivering high social and environmental value.

We look forward to engaging and collaborating with other cleantech companies from around the country that will be participating in this program.
